I have forgotten my MyLOFT account password. How to reset the password?
Reset your MyLOFT password
Follow these steps to reset the password for your MyLOFT account.
- Open the MyLOFT app and go to the login screen.
- Tap Forgot Password? — usually located beneath the password field.
- Enter the email address or phone number associated with your account, then tap Submit or Continue.
- Check your email inbox or SMS messages for a password reset message. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder.
- Open the reset message and follow the provided instructions to choose a new password. Note that the reset link often expires after a short time, so complete the process promptly.
- Return to the app and sign in with your new password.
