Can I change my password from within the web app or mobile app in MyLOFT?
Resetting your password
You cannot change your password directly inside the web or mobile app. To reset your password, follow the steps below.
Before you begin
- If you are currently logged in: sign out of your account first.
- If you are already logged out: proceed with the steps below.
- Open your institute's login screen and enter your registered email address. Tap or click Continue.
- A password field will appear. Below the Sign In button, tap or click Forgot Password?.
- On the next screen, enter your registered email address and tap or click Reset Password.
- An email with a password reset link will be sent to that address. If you do not see it, check your Promotions or Spam folder.
- Open the email, tap or click the password reset link, create a new password, and tap or click Continue.
- You will see a confirmation message indicating the password reset was successful and an option to sign in.
- Sign in using your registered email address and the newly created password.
