How to reset the password of your MyLOFT account?
For Mobile
Open the MyLOFT App.
- Enter your registered email address and click Continue.
- Click on Forgot Password? (located above the Sign in button).
- On the password reset page, enter your registered email address and click Reset Password.
- Check your email inbox for a message with the subject “Set your password for MyLOFT account.” If you don’t find it, check your Promotions, Updates, or Spam folder.
- Open the email and click Reset Password. You will be redirected to create a new password. Follow any password rules shown on the screen.
- After entering the new password, click Continue. You will see a confirmation message indicating the password reset was successful.
- Finally, sign in using your registered email address and your new password.
For web
Open the MyLOFT login page.
- Enter your registered email address and click Continue.
