How to reset the password of your MyLOFT account?

For Mobile

Open the MyLOFT App.

  1. Enter your registered email address and click Continue.
  2. Click on Forgot Password? (located above the Sign in button).
  3. On the password reset page, enter your registered email address and click Reset Password.
  4. Check your email inbox for a message with the subject “Set your password for MyLOFT account.” If you don’t find it, check your Promotions, Updates, or Spam folder.
  5. Open the email and click Reset Password. You will be redirected to create a new password. Follow any password rules shown on the screen.
  6. After entering the new password, click Continue. You will see a confirmation message indicating the password reset was successful.
  7. Finally, sign in using your registered email address and your new password.

For web

Open the MyLOFT login page.
