I have forgotten the password for the mail address which is registered with MyLOFT. How can I create the password in this scenario?

Cannot access your registered email

If you have forgotten the password to your registered email account and cannot recover it, ask your library team to register an alternative email address for your MyLOFT account.

  1. Contact your library team by visiting the library help desk, calling the library support number, or using your institution's official support channel.
  2. Provide the alternative email address you want to use and any identification or authorization the library requests.
  3. Ask the library team to submit the formal request to update your account email with the authorised library authority.

Important: MyLOFT cannot add, modify, or update user accounts without prior permission from the concerned/authorised library authority. The library must complete any required approval steps before MyLOFT can change your account details.
