I tried to login but it says that my account doesn’t exist. What can I do in this case?

When you see a notification that an account doesn’t exist while logging into the MyLOFT app, one of the following is true:

  1. You're entering an email address that isn't associated with a MyLOFT account — check for typos and try any other email addresses you may have used.
  2. Your MyLOFT account has not been created yet.

Next steps:

  • Confirm the correct email: Verify the email address you entered and try again.
  • Contact your library team: Ask them to create a MyLOFT account for you or to confirm which email address is registered. When you contact them, be prepared to provide your full name and library card number or other identity details the library requires.

Important: MyLOFT staff cannot add, modify, or update user accounts without prior permission from the appropriate library authority. Please work with your library team for any account changes.
