I want to change the email address registered with MyLOFT. How can I change it?
Update your registered email address
If you need to change the email address on your MyLOFT account, ask your library team to make the update for you.
- Contact your library team by email, phone, or in person.
- Include the following information in your request:
- Full name on the account
- Current registered email address
- New email address to be applied
- Library card number or user ID (if applicable)
- Any required authorization or proof of identity, if requested by the library
- Wait for the library team to confirm the change. The library staff will update the account and notify you once complete.
Note: MyLOFT cannot add, modify, or update user accounts without prior permission from the authorized library team.
