The error message shows that my account is blocked/expired. What can I do?

Possible reasons

  • Your institute's subscription to MyLOFT has ended or expired.
  • Suspicious or unauthorized activity was detected on your MyLOFT account, leading to a temporary block.

What to do

  1. Contact your library team — Request that they review and update or reactivate your MyLOFT account. You can contact them in person at the library help desk or via the library’s official email/portal.
  2. Provide required details — When you contact the library, give your full name, registered email or username, institution or student ID, and a screenshot or the exact text of the notification you received.
  3. Await verification and action — The library will verify the issue and, if appropriate, update your account or coordinate with the institution. MyLOFT support cannot add, modify, or reactivate user accounts without prior authorization from the concerned library or institutional authority.

Note: If the issue is due to the institute subscription being expired, the library or institution must renew the subscription to restore access.
