My name/department is incorrect of my MyLOFT account. How can I change it?

If your MyLOFT account shows an incorrect name or department, request that your library team update the account with the correct details.

  1. Contact your library team and ask them to update your account.
  2. Provide the information they need:
    • Full correct name
    • Correct department
    • Any supporting documents they may require
  3. Confirm with the library team once the update is complete.

Important

MyLOFT cannot add, modify, or update user accounts without prior permission from the concerned authority. The library team must authorize the change before we can make any adjustments.
