Can MyLOFT Support restore my deleted account?

Account status changes

No. The MyLOFT Team cannot modify your account status. Account management is handled entirely by your Library Admin.

If you need a change, follow these steps:

  1. Contact your Library Admin or your library's support desk.
  2. Give them your account name/email and clearly state the change you need (for example: reactivate account, update permissions, or close account).
  3. Ask whether any forms, approvals, or additional information are required to process your request.
  4. Wait for your Library Admin to review and apply the change; they control account access and settings.
