Can I recover my deleted account?

Request account restoration

If you believe your account was deleted by mistake or you want to regain access, contact your Library Administrator. Only the Library Administrator can re-add deleted accounts.

  • Account details: include your full name, email address or username, and the library name.
  • Description: explain why you believe the deletion was a mistake and provide the date or approximate time you last accessed the account, if known.
  • Supporting information: include any error messages you saw and attach screenshots or copies of messages if helpful.
  • Request: ask the Administrator to review and restore your account and state how you prefer to be contacted about the outcome.

Your Library Administrator will review your request and respond. Response times vary depending on the library's processes.
