Can I upload my profile picture in MyLOFT?

No, MyLOFT does not currently provide an option to upload a profile picture within the app.
If you need a profile picture on a publisher platform or another library service that integrates with MyLOFT, please contact that publisher or library directly for assistance.
How to request help
- Open the publisher’s or library’s website or mobile app and sign in to your account.
- Go to Account or Profile settings and look for an option to upload or change your profile photo.
- If you cannot find the option, locate the publisher’s or library’s support or help center and submit a request. Include your account details and mention that you access content through MyLOFT.
- If your library manages accounts centrally, contact your library’s help desk or account administrator for assistance.
Note: MyLOFT does not manage profile pictures for third‑party publisher or library accounts; profile updates must be made through those services.
