I am not able to see any of the institute subscribed contents after logging in into my MyLOFT account. What should I do?

Possible reasons you cannot access subscribed eResources

After logging in to the MyLOFT App, you may be unable to see or access subscribed eResources if your account status is:

  • Pending — waiting for approval from your library team.
  • Expired — your institute's subscription has ended.
  • Blocked — your account was restricted due to suspicious or unwanted activity.

What to do

Please request your library team to update or reactivate your account. When you contact them, include the following details to help speed up the process:

  • Full name
  • Registered email address
  • Institute or department name
  • Brief description of the issue (for example: "Cannot access subscribed eResources; account shows 'Pending'")

Important: MyLOFT cannot add, modify, or update user accounts without prior permission from the concerned authority at your institute.
