Why am I not able to place an article order anymore in MyLOFT?

Possible reasons

There are two possible reasons you cannot place an article order:

  • Your institution has set limits on the number of article orders. You may have reached the limit for your account, program, or department.
  • Your institution has discontinued the Article Ordering Service. The service is no longer available to users at your institution.
