I did not receive the registration link/welcome mail for MyLOFT account. What should I do?

If you did not receive the welcome email

First, confirm account creation and the registered email address: ask your institute library team whether your MyLOFT account has been created and which email address was registered. The welcome email is sent only when an account is created and is delivered to the registered email address.

Checklist

  1. Search your email account:
    • Check Inbox and Primary folders.
    • Check Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders.
    • Use the email search box and look for the term MyLOFT or no-reply (search without a domain name).
  2. Ask the library to resend the welcome email: if the welcome email is not found, request your institute library team to resend it to the registered address.
  3. Check with your institute IT team: in some rare cases, recipient email restrictions or filters block the welcome message. Have IT verify that no restriction or block is preventing delivery.
