Is it possible to set a newly created collection as the default collection?

We would like to inform you that you can set any newly created collection as your default collection. When a collection is marked as default, all newly saved articles will automatically be stored in that collection.

On Mobile

  • Open Collections in the MyLOFT app.
  • Tap the hamburger menu (three horizontal lines) at the top-left to view the full list of collections.
  • Long-press the collection you want to set as default; a list of options will appear.
  • Tap Mark as Default (often shown as a tick).
  • The collection will now be set as the default, and future saved articles will be added to it automatically.

On Web

  • Open Collections from the sidebar or top menu to display the full list of collections.
  • Click the ellipsis icon (three dots) next to the collection you want to set as default.
  • Select Mark as Default from the menu.
  • The collection will be marked as default, and new saved articles will be stored there automatically.
