How to delete a collection?

Mobile

  1. Open the app and tap Collections on the bottom bar (Collections icon).
  2. Tap the Collections icon at the top-left to view your collection list.
  3. Long-press the collection you want to delete; action options will appear to the right of the collection.
  4. Tap the Delete (trash) icon in the action options.
  5. When the confirmation popup appears, tap Delete to confirm and complete the deletion.

Web

  1. Open the Web app and click Collections in the sidebar.
  2. Click the Collections header to expand the collection list.
  3. Find the collection you want to delete. When you hover over or select it, a menu with a Delete (trash) icon will appear on the right.
  4. Click the Delete icon.
  5. When the confirmation popup appears, click Yes to confirm and complete the deletion.

Note: The General Collection is predefined and cannot be deleted.

Note: Deleting a collection does not remove its articles from the app. Deleted collection articles will remain accessible in your Default Collection. For instructions on marking a collection as the default, consult the product documentation.
