My institute has Single Sign-On (SSO) configured with MyLOFT, but I am unable to log in. Whom should I contact?

If your institute has Single Sign-On (SSO) configured with MyLOFT, then all account-related issues such as:

  • Login failures
  • Authentication errors
  • Password resets
  • Access denials

👉 must be handled by your Library Support team at your institute.

MyLOFT does not manage your SSO credentials or passwords. The platform can only authenticate the data provided by your institute’s SSO system.

What you should do:

  1. Contact your Library Support team directly.
  2. Report the exact issue you are facing (e.g., login failure, password issue, expired credentials).
  3. Once the Library/IT team resolves the problem at their end, you will be able to seamlessly log in to MyLOFT using your institutional SSO account.
