How can I further organize articles within the Collection?

Create and assign tags

Use tags to categorize articles and make them easy to find within a Collection. Use the Tag icon (a tag-shaped icon labeled "Tag" or similar) in the article editor or article list to add tags.

  • Create and assign tags: You can create new tags and assign them to any article.
  • When you can add tags:
    • While saving a new article.
    • To an already saved article from the article editor or article settings.
  • Search and organization: Tags help you filter, categorize, and search articles within the Collection.
