How to set your alert preferences for the latest article notification/email from your favourite journals?

We would like to inform you that you can easily set your alert preferences for receiving the latest article notifications from your favourite journals through both the mobile app and the web platform.

On Mobile:

  1. On the home screen, tap the Institute’s logo in the top-left corner.
  2. Tap the Settings icon (gear) at the top-left of the Settings screen.
  3. Scroll down to locate the Article Notifier section.
  4. You will see three options: Never, Weekly, and Monthly. Please select your preferred option.

If you choose Weekly or Monthly, alerts will be sent as:

A push notification on your mobile device (if the app is installed and notifications are enabled), and an email to your registered email address.

Please note that the Settings screen will display the Article Notifier section along with all three options.

On Web:

  1. Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner of the home page.
  2. Click the Settings icon located near the Profile icon.
  3. From the Settings menu, select My Profile.
  4. Inside My Profile, click Preferences.
  5. Under Preferences, locate the Article Notifier section and choose from: Never, Weekly, or Monthly.

When Weekly or Monthly is selected, alerts will be sent as:

A push notification to your mobile device (if the app is installed and notifications are enabled), and an email to your registered email address.

Additional Notes

  • Push notifications require the mobile app to be installed and notification permissions to be enabled on your device.
  • Email notifications are sent only when Weekly or Monthly is selected.
