How to find the purchase forms in the app?

Mobile App

  1. Open the app and tap the Account icon in the tab bar at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select Service Requests.
  3. Choose the option that matches your need: Article Request or Purchase Suggestion.
  4. Complete the displayed form with the required details and submit it.

Web App

  1. Click the Account button at the top-right of the screen.
  2. In the profile popup, select Service Request. (This option is shown with the service requests icon.)
  3. Two expandable forms will appear: Article Request and Purchase Suggestion. Expand the form that fits your request.
  4. Fill in all required fields (for example: title, description, quantity, and contact information) and submit the form.
  5. After submission you may receive a confirmation or follow-up from support regarding your request.
