Can I use the MyLOFT App on my Desktop/Laptop?

Using MyLOFT Web App on Desktop or Laptop

You can use the MyLOFT Web App from a desktop or laptop with Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

Before you start

The MyLOFT Browser Extension is required for the web app to function. Install and enable the extension in your browser before signing in.

Steps

  1. Open Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on your computer.
  2. Open the MyLOFT Web App page in your browser.
  3. If you do not have the extension installed, open the browser's extension store (Chrome Web Store or Microsoft Edge Add-ons Store) and search for "MyLOFT".
  4. Install the MyLOFT Browser Extension and then enable it in your browser's extensions menu. Pin the extension to the toolbar if you want quick access.
  5. Reload the MyLOFT Web App page and sign in to your account.

Troubleshooting

  • Ensure the MyLOFT Browser Extension is enabled in the browser's extensions menu.
  • Make sure you are using an up-to-date version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
  • Restart the browser after installing or enabling the extension if the app does not load correctly.
