How to download audio/video files in MyLOFT? Can I access them offline?
Audio or video files can be saved into MyLOFT using one of the following methods:
- Mobile app: Tap the Save button located at the bottom-right of the browser.
- Web app: Click the MyLOFT browser extension icon in your web browser while using the Web App.

The way audio and video files are saved in MyLOFT varies from one website to another.
Offline access
Audio and video files cannot be accessed offline.
