How to save/keep an article in a specific collection?

You can save an article to a specific collection in two ways: while saving the article or after it has been saved.

Mobile App

While saving an article

  1. When you save an article from the in-app browser, the bottom bar will update. Tap the small down arrow next to the collection name.
  2. Tap Move to to add the article to a collection.
  3. A textbox and a list of existing collections will appear at the top of the screen.
  4. Select a collection from the list, or create a new collection by typing its title into the textbox.

After saving an article

  1. Locate the article you want to move in the Recently Saved list on the Home page or within the Collections section.
  2. Tap the Ellipsis (three-dot) menu at the right side of the article card.
  3. Tap Move.
  4. A textbox and a list of existing collections will appear at the top of the screen.
  5. Select an existing collection or create a new one by typing its title, then confirm the move.

Web App

While saving an article

  1. When you save an article on the Web App, a popup appears at the top-right with two fields: Tags and Collections.
  2. Type into the Collections field to choose an existing collection from the dropdown suggestions or to create a new one.
  3. Click Save to complete.

After saving an article

  1. Find the article in the Recently Saved list on the Home page or inside an existing collection.
  2. Click the Ellipsis (three-dot) menu at the bottom-right of the article card.
  3. Click Move to Collection. A popup will appear with a textbox and a list of existing collections.
  4. Select a collection from the list, then click Move at the bottom of the popup to complete the action.

Assigning a collection while viewing an article

  1. In the in-app HTML viewer, tap the Move to Collection icon located fourth from the left on the top menu.
  2. Select a collection from the existing list.
  3. Tap Move to assign the article to the chosen collection.

Note: Unless you assign a collection manually, every article saved in both the Web App and Mobile App will go to the default collection.
